1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using codemirr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free and Pro Access

codemirr offers two tiers of access:

Free Plan

Access to all standard tutorials and a limited number of Mirror Courses. No payment required.

Pro Plan

Unlocks all Mirror Courses, all language pairs, and features including Daily Reviews. Billed via Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and billing practices. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us at support@codemirr.com within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued at our discretion for requests made after 7 days.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow third-party access
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or access controls
  • Use the platform to engage in any unlawful activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in notes or feedback

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including tutorials, Mirror Course lessons, code examples, and design — is the intellectual property of codemirr. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the content will always be up to date. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, codemirr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
